Qualification: A graduate in Mechanical / Chemical Engineering with Post Graduation in Management.

Experience: More than 20 years in a manufacturing industry, of which at least 10 years in a senior positions with sufficient exposure to efferent areas of management including Strategic  Decision making, Operations management, Project Management and business Development.

Age: Around 50 years.

The position being in the Senior Management Cadre, calls for various core competencies like Organisational Leadership, People Management, Financial  Management, Chain Management, Technology Management etc.
