Urgent Requirement - For the position of Web Designer / UI Designer at Baroda

We Rishabh Software Pvt Ltd, immediately need UI Designer / Web Designer (It is a monthly rolling contract and based on performance it is going to be a fulltime position) at Baroda.

1. Minimum of 3 years of exp in UI Designing or Web Designing.
2. Good expertise (advanced level) on HTML/CSS, DIV based layouts, CSS Frameworks  and Adobe Creative Suite 
3. Must be thorough in Web 2.0 terminologies
4. Knowledge of SEO/SEM and SMM is a Big Plus
5. Knowledge of Usability Design, User Experience Design and Usability Testing is a Big Plus
6. Knowledge of JS, Jquery and other third party UI Controls
7. Experience in  creating prototypes and wireframes
8. Articulate, admirable interpersonal, written, verbal, listening and communication skills.
9. Must know interaction design process and methodology - merging design components with coding components
10. Excellent understanding of usability/user centered design, email marketing standards, interactive design principles, and online branding issues
11. Should be able to lead the team.
12. Should have a bold vision for excellence in web design.
13. Should be aware of UI architecture.
14. Knowledge of web analytics tools.
